I am a customer, because unfortunatly I bought an digital IFB washing machine. Last 4 days I was contacting your customercare regarding to shift the machine. Registered the complaint id- 39004321. And they promised to come and lock the machine today 3 pm. I cantact your customer service and they not ready come and lock the machine. I already booked the parcel service and lost 1500 . Can u give this cash.
I called that stupid fellow Mr. MUKESH (your customer care manager) and he switched off the phone. Don't think customers are fool.
