Hi,
Ob 5th-Feb while placing order for IFB Washing Machine (Senetor-DX) on IFB Website JAVA error ocurred and no confirmation message generated regarding order placement so i have tried for the second time & same error occured second time so i stopped.
Next day i received credit card alert that amount for both the orders so i have launched complain on IFB website and i have a reply also from the IFB global team member Ms. Kanika so i waited for there action but no reply since then from IFB team.
Mean while credit card statement generated for both the orders so i requested to cancel both orders & they accepted but still i have to pay a minimum amount for both the order till order has been canceled.
I have contacted atleast 20 times to IFB custmoer care center but not even a single time they replied satisfactory. As per IFB customer care executive they don't have any information regarding this and they had comunicated the matter to their upper level. every time they told that we will check and call you within 1 or 2 hrs but till now i have not received any phone call from IFB.
As per IFB procedure an E-mail is sent to the customer for the confirmation of an order & i have not received any such mail and i'm presently paying the money for what i have not received any ordered thing.
Please look into the matter.
