Non compliance of reminder of AMC cheque

Dear Sir, Mam,

We are esteem customers and endusers of your company and it has been a long journey of 10 years with you. Now our AMC of washing Machine has expired on 29th Oct. as your company personnal has not turned up since 2 1/2 months to collect AMC cheque. We had sent reminders telephonically as well as through your service emails, but yet to recieve an email or positive response. Waiting eagerly to have a positive feedback from you.
