During washing at any temperature cycle, the machine stops after 10-13 minutes. We called the service center. The technician came, did not know much, kept calling office for answers. Then he opened the m/c and said coil needs replacement, has to check with office if spare parts are available. After that he vanished. After repeated calls to service center, no one has come or called. We just get pushed from one number to another. There is some Mr. Sharad, and a Mr. Santhosh in Banashankari area, Bangalore. No help from these persons at all. Need urgent help.
