Poor response to compaint under warranty

I have made a complaint regarding faulty waching machine (6 KG Senator) with Toll free no. 18604255678 in the month of October. I had been assured about rectification of problem within 24 hours. However the complaint is pending till date and nobody from IFB is ready to reply satsifactorily. Since then I have been regularly reminding them but to of no use. Latest complaint no. given by local service centre of Jammu is "417".
