I have 2 washing machines of IFB and having AMC contract with a IFB dealer. He was very nice when started. After that that person stated refusing complains and I have to request (like I am not his customer but a beggar!!!)
I have done complained on 31-08-08 having nos.
1614114 and 1614119
Which is still pending in their records and my both machines are not working at all.
After that I have complained again on 18-11-08 having complained No. 2434426 but as again no result.
Now I would like to ask you these things that if a IFB costumer is not getting service in 4 months, what type of steps I expect from company. This is a height of all that none of company officer is in mood to help a good costumer.
I would like to request you for this all complains and please please take a feed back of this service agent and also your technical department and sells department who is still sleeping and not at all in active stage.
