I had logged a complaint with IFB customer care helpline on 08-Jan-09 with complaint number 2596981. Till now, this has not been addressed even after taking an AMC from them. After regular follow-ups, the technician visited after a week and told that a part needs to be replaced and he’ll get it done in next 2 days. However, till date, this has not been replaced. We are tired of following up with their customer care number. One has to wait atleast 10-15 min to speak to the person in customer call center but even after that there is no solution that they can provide except giving the contact number of local area service center. In the service centre, they just assure that it will be done today but nothing happens. Their service is absolutely frustrating and all you get from IFB are false commitments and disgusting response. Would strongly recommend to all not to go for IFB products and invite suffering.
