I live in Ahmedbad, Gujarat. I have purchased an IFB elina model washing machine two years before. It has started developing major problems from the beginning. I have demanded replacement of the macine. However, i haven't even recd. a satisfactory reply from IFB service people at Ahmedabad. At present the machine is lying unattended and unrepaired. I strongly believe that, the company have given me a defective machine which they got from exchange schemes. We feel cheated and are thinking about approaching the Consumer redressal forum.
