I have purchased a IFB washing machine in the month of August and it has not been working properly since day one. I have called up and registered a complaint at many times to the IFB customer care centre as well as the local IFB service centre but no one has bothered to even respond. I feel i have paid lots of money for a new washing machine that does not work.
