The most number of consumer complaints are for IFB products. I think the company should be shut down because of selling faulty products. I have purchased a IFB washing machine (SENATOR - 6Kg) in September and it has not been working properly since day one. I have called up and registered several complaint's to the IFB customer care centre as well as the local IFB service centre regarding this matter but the matter has not been sorted out nor has any technican approached us so far. I feel that i have been cheated by the company as i have paid the full money of Rs. 27, 000 for a washing machine that does not work.
