I have booked a complaint for not working our washing machine on 14.3.09 with ticket no:2818771 and the your service agent (Useless goose on my view) took the machine and kept in his office since it is under AMC.
NO ACTION TILL DATE
Then again I booked a complaint on 20.5.09 with ticket no 3230867
NO ACTION TILL DATE.
Now I am suspecting whether he is keeping my machine or sold out.
Very pathetic situation with IFB SERVICE.
When I bought this machine, I thought IFB is good.
