I PURCHASED A IFB DIVA W/M FROM NEXT SHOWROOM FROM NAGPUR ON 18/12.UNFORTUNATELY ON 18/08 THERE WAS SOME INTERNAR PARTS BURNED INSIDE THE MACHINE, DUE TO WHICH SOME PRECIOUS PARTS BURNED INSIDE THE MCHINE, I PUT THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE SAME ON 19-08-08, THE SERVICE ENGINEER ATTENDED THE CALL FOR THE SAME ON 22-08-08, BUT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM BEHIND THE SAME, SO HE TOLD US THAT HE WILL SEND HIS SENIOR TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, HIS SENIOR PERSON CAME NEXT DAY & TAKEN SOME SNAPS OF THE MACHINE & SEND THE SNAPS TO THEIR PUNE OFFICE WHIER HIS SENIOR OFFICER SITS, HIS SENIOR OFFICER RECTIFIES THE PROBLEM BY SEEUNG THE SNAPS ONLY & MADE THE CONCLUSION THAT THE MACHINE WAS BURNT BY THE EXTERNAL FIRE ITEMS LIKE CANDLE OR MATCH BOX & THAT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRENTY & I HAVE TO PAY 5000/- RS FOR REPAIRING THE MACHINE.

THE SNAPS ITSELF SHOWS THAT THE MACHINE WAS BURNT FROM INSIDE.

I DON'T KNOW HOW THE SENIOR PERSON WORKING FOR SUCH BIG MNC CAN RECTIFY THE PROBLEM IN SNAPS.

SIR, PLEASE HELP ME TO GET THE CLAIM AGAINST MY NEWLY PURCHASED WASHING MACHINE.
