Sir,
I lodge a complaint on 17-7 vide complaint no 3266727.But no action has been taken by you services office in East Delhi. One Madam Kajal told that one part "Folded Hauz" is not available in the co. I do not understand that such a big and reputed co. can harrase the customer like me. Since 17-7 I had a talk with Mr. Kashyap, your Area Manager, he also promised but now since last week he is not picking his mobile. Moreover your office never open before 10.30 and closes before 6.00pm. No body is paicking telephone no 22832800 before 11.00 am. This type of harrasement by such reputed co. in never expected. This damging the goodwill of the co. I will also affraid to recoomend somebody for IFB products.
Sir, Kindly look in to the matter and take neccesary action against the official responsible for this delay. Please inform me of the action taken report.
