No proper responce to complaints

Sir,

I have purchased a washing machine of IFB on date 20/09/08 from Dignity dealer (chandanagar). It is used alternate days till date 03/08/09. it stoped working in between when it was washing on 05/08/09. complaint was registered at IFB coustmercare center no.18604255678. complaint register no 3342450. I was informed that problem would be solved with in 24 hours. on 07/08/09 evening attended the complaint was observed next day defect was repaired but that was not exact solution, so it is not still working, there was no proper service till today, that is nearly 5 days. Not even responding to the calls at nearest service branch numbers are 9618000062, 9703467625.

Due to careless responce of local service branch, we coustmers are suffering. so I think this foroum would help me.
