Washing machine not working just after 1.25 yrs of the purchase

I have bought a Washing machine of IFB brand. The model is 'Elite 5Kg aqua-energie'.

I bought it in Feb. Immediately after buying the machine the very first day it got stuck. I asked the dealer 'Pai International'. I got that machine replaced. Now after completing 1yr 3 months the machine seem stuck again.
