Not Attending to Complaint
I registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine, which is under AMC. But to my surprise no one has attended to the complaint till date. whats more frustrating is that the customer care is least bothered with this and show a laid back attitude. I have contacting the chennai customer care but every time saying your complaint is forward to concerning service branch, technician come to your sight at the earliest but no one is come to my house.
