I have purchased front lad washing machine from M/s Darshana Agencies, KP Road, Kayamkulam, Alleppey dist, KErala, on 24th August [bill name Rajesh, Thekkaputhezhathu, Govindamuttom, Kayakulam] as a wedding gift.

When open, it found that the top is broken and made complaint through phone on the next day itself. But they didn't make any attention still[10th Nov] to replaces or put another cover.
