Heavy noise in machine

I have made a complaint regarding my IFB washing machine (sup dx) on 23 Nov 08 (complaint no. 2453620). But till date the machine is lying unserviceable. The lethargic attitude of the service centre is shocking. Every time you ring up, they will have some lame excuses to offer. Show some responsibility as Armed Forces men like me are showing.
