Regarding fees refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I enrolled for the course named PGDBFS in IFBI Mysore centre in Karnataka in the month of December. I also deposited the admission fees of Rs. 25000 (Twenty five thousand). Till now they haven't started the batch. Now when i m asking for the refund of the same, they are arguing me & pushing me to continue with this course.

Kindly suggest me what can i do to get my money back.
