I am the victimized client of IFB products and I am informing all of you how they have treated me.
I have IFB washing machine having Sanorita plus model with 5 Kg capacity and fully automatic since last 6 years. Since purchase I am doing service contract with the company to have a trouble free usage.
In last August, due to vibration problems, I have replaced the top of the body along with the trolley which cost me Rs. -. 3-4 days after replacement, 2 nos of wheels of the trolley were detached automatically and observed a vibration.
When contacted service center, a person came and diagnosed that a trolley was having inferior quality and needs replacement and accordingly it was replaced. But soon after changing the trolley, vibration was observed along with the movement of machine with trolley. Again informed to IFB for the rectification. A person came and adjusted the trolley and a dummy trial was taken. Found no problem during that.
After 2-3 days the problem was repeated and contacted IFB. Now a person came and told, your rubber gasket has been found hard and needs to be changed at a cost of Rs. 600/-. Though he has adjusted the trolley and dummy trial was taken with food result. But during regular operation the problem found repeated.
Again I have registered a complaint at the call center and assurance has been given to have a solution within 24 hours. But now nobody is coming. I have registered a series of complaint and talked with responsible person sitting at call center. They have suggested to have a talk with responsible person at service center in Ahmedabad. Accordinly I have tried to contact with Ms Yogita Jadhav, Ms Nisha and Ms Neha. But no one of them have received my phone calls.
One more important thing that I want to share with you, IFB has never sent a person for the service as per their commitments and person are coming without any notice.
