few months back. IFB Micro Oven H.P.Pavilion E.C.Model. Brought to Tirupati and used just for one month. The operating Buttons are not working. The service engineer at Tirupati (Srinivas: 9393070007) as per Service Center incharge: Bhaskar Rao 0877--2243680 removed the panel and sent it for repair about 20 days back to Hyderabad. Till date the same is not received by the Service Center, Tirupati (A.P). There is no proper response from the Service Centre.
THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION THAN FILING A CASE BEFORE THE CONSUMER FORUM: TIRUPATI.
Kindly pursue the same and see that the panal is returned
to the Service Centre Tirupati after rectifying the defect
immediately.
