1.We have purchased washing machine Model No 7kg Digital SL. No.7299 from Rhytham House B1/16-18, Sector-18, Noida01 (UP).
2. The machine was sent on 25th June’09 and on 26th June’09 the machine was installed by Lakshmi Services (your Authorized service centre for IFB) Shop No.7, Chauhan Market, Main Dadri Road, Sector-44, Noida.
3. Representative Mr. Solanki and Mr Kartar Singh suggested the use of Aquamoney for machine costing Rs.1600 and Descal powder for cleaning the machine and a pack of 5 pcs for Rs 750., which we purchased and Aquamoney installed.
In fact they only started the machine by putting Descal powder, and said it needs to be used before putting the clothes in the first rinse.
Here I would like to bring to your notice the below mentioned points..
1. After the first round of the washing cleaner, the drum lost its shine, which was pointed to the representative. They said after the First wash of clothes it would be okay.
2. After the first wash of normal cotton clothes, when cloths were removed, the steel drum looked rusted and lost its steel shine.
3. As we are using the same IFB brand for the past 12years and exchanged the above machine for a better model. The old machine Drum quality can seen is even new shines as brand new. Please look into the matter and get the machine replaced at the earliest with immediate effect and to remove the present machine please.
4. Immediately We have already made the complaint on 28th June’09 to Customer care and the Complaint Ticket no is 3190942 at 1045 hrs.
