Heavy Noise & Machine taking water even in off mode

MY CUSTOMER ID IS 53671

AND my machine is under AMC

I lodged the complaint of my washing machine 2900DX on 2.9.2009 around 9.00 AM.

My complaint no is 3444101.

But complaint is still not attended inspite of several reminders.

I also talked to Ms Alka the head of my area on phone nos 22832800 and 9911450107

The result is NIL
