MY MACHINE BECAME OUT OF ORDER THEREFORE WE LODGED A COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE ON DT. 28/07. NEXT DAY SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AT OUR RESIDENCE, HE CHECKED THE MACHINE AND FOUND THAT ITS CONTROL CARD IS NOT WORKING. HE SAID THAT WE WILL PROVIDE THE CONTROL CARD ON 01/08 BUT HE COULD NOT COME TO ATTEND THE MACHINE TILL DATE (DT. 07/08) HOWEVER WE ARE REGULARLY FOLLOWING THE MATTER WITH IFB CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE CENTER OFFICIALLS AT SURAT AND AHEMADAWAD BUT NOBODY IS TELLING THE REASON OF DELAY.
IT SEEMS THAT MY MACHINE IS UNDER WARRENTY SO THAT THEY ARE NOT TAKING INTEREST AND PASSING THE TIME.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM OF OUR WASHING MACHINE.
