We stay in Mumbai. My washing machine is out of order since 13 Nov. We had lodged a complaint on the same day. We have been following up daily wth their service personnel. They assure us but do not turn up. We have talked to various people including Lakshmi, Ehsan Malik, his Assistant. The complaint no is 2416377. The worst part is that we have taken AMC. What is the use. What can I do?
Please do not buy IFB. Our experience has been really bad.
