I have taken AMC for washing machine. recently my machine stopped working and complaint of same was registered with ifb having tkt no. 2461650. same day technician came and told us that certain parts will be required which will be available in two days . after 5 days again the person came to see the machine and told that parts have come and will be replaced next day. which has never come. now i want to know if AMC will be honoured or not as if it is not than we will go for litigation and also buy some other machine as it is not possible to live without washing clothes for months together.
