We bought our washing machine on 1st dec. We had some problem with our washing machine and posted our complaint to IFB COUSTOMER CARE on 4th oct. Since the date we had the same problem with our machine but there is no service done. We also posted our complaints on 22-04, 12-05, 10-10, 12-11; 16-11.Sevice people attended but had no comments about the problem with the machine. We had our washing machine warranty till 1-12.Since we faced the problem, we made another complaint on 12-12.Now the service man said that the problem is with the motor and we had to replace it or it will not be working and it costs 5000/-.
please take some action as soon as possible.
