I confirm having logged flg. complaint with M/S. IFB on the company's web-site:
We have IFB make front loading washing machine WT.2900DX. We have also paid and registered for AMC (Annual Maint. Contract). We are repeatedly facing problems with the machine and each time your service engineer takes upto a week just to respond. IFB is yet to respond to complaint registered on Friday Feb. 6th. We have flg. two specific complaints; which we request to be redressed immediately:
Extremely poor competence of Service engineer deployed by you.
Total disregard to customer service and delays in response.
