IFB WASHING MACHINE
TIMER PROBLEM

I bought IFB washing machine (EXECUTIVE ELLITE) here in VARANASI, 3 years back, I encountered the problem after using it for about 13-14 months, the timer was not working, so during the washing period, the machine does not rotated,

Since it was still under warranty, The faulty timer was replaced (approx cost 2300 Rs.) free of cost.

Now again after the replacement, the machine worked fine for another 18 months, then again I am encountering the same problem. It is the timer again.

Now is there some design fault in that timer? Or Is the company not sending the right spare parts to our part of the country? Its my feeling that My decision to BUY IFB WASHING MACHINE WAS WRONG.

cause the same part needs to be replaced every 14-18 months.!!!
