Complaint registered with IFB, vide ticket no.2670375, in regard non-functioning of washing machine

has not been attended to despite daily follow-up with the helpline of ifb and the contact persons as suggested by the helpline executives. My AMC is due to expire on 18-02. Is the delay intentional

to get a renewal or to avoid the free repair/ replacement as per the COMPANY'S routine practice.f
