IFB / Washing Machine
Washing Door not Locking

I am resident of Faridabad, I have never seen such a pathetic Service, My Washing machine is done since 3rd FEB 09 & on daily basis we are calling the Service Engineer / Logged Complaint on 3rd Feb Ticket No 2687378, even at Customer Care Center every day they are telling me that Complaint will be attended in 24Hrs BUT nobody is attending the Complaint.
