On a very bad situation, I am writing this mail. I had purchased IFB washing machine on 22-March and it has been delivered on 23-March.
On 24-March, morning, I got a call from IFB guy (9738102100, don’t know the name) that he is planning to come home for installation. Then, I ordered IFB Stand with wheeler and Washing machine cover. In the after noon, the guy came to my home for installation and demo with empty hands. Due to power cut, the machine was not able to run. He waited for 15Min’s and left. Let me describe him, he was listing music, little talk with us and explanting the details, if we ask our self. Finally he left after 15Mins and he said that he will be back next day morning with Stand & Cover. From that day onwards, when I call him, he simply say will come in another 3 hours, afternoon, evening before 5PM, then finally says tomorrow. This conversation going until 26-03 afternoon 4PM, and then when I tried to cal him from my mobile, he is picking the call. Then I made a call to customer care and informed the same with Thilagam. She has given Manager Velu’s numbers like 9964187641/28530796 which are not working at all (I informed the same to customer care the same day, but not yet updated the numbers till now). Then immediately I again called customer care and lodge a complaint 2862000 and I got another another contact number 30585162, name is Mariyam. And got the confirmation that they are going to take high priority and will resolve the issue by EOD (i.e on 26th itself). I tried nearly 5 times to that Mariyam’s number for 2 days, but strangely, no body is picking the call, even now also. From that day onwards, I am calling to customer care and they are telling will resolve the issue, some body (different people, different numbers) will call me and telling that will come tomorrow. 4 tomorrows were already left from 26th. And today, again I got a cal from Robert (9880083527) and said the same thing will come tomorrow. I don’t know why the persons are taking this much amount of time to resolve the ticket. As usual, today I made cal to customer care and informed the same, as usual they are telling that will take the higher priority and will resolve the issue. And I got one higher manager’s number named Srinivasan – 9379037006… I called him, but due to his busy schedule, he didn’t pick the call and after 5 mins, I got a message a from Srinivasan that he will cal me later. So, I sent a message to him briefly about issue with ticket number.
I really fed-up with IFB Service. If IFB is talking 10 for installation, I don’t think I wont get the 2 years warranty service with proper manner. And I was trying to get the e-mail id of IFB service, straggly, IFB doen’t have any web-site or mail id for proper communication.
Really, I am thinking about my wrong step of purchasing IFB Washing machine… I am planning pass the same information to all of my friends and aware them about the IFB services.
