We have purchased the machine on 15 aug from a NEXT Lajpatnagar outlet. The machine is rated for 5kg load. but donot perform at rated load. when comlained the service engineer come and advice us to load it uoto 3.5 kg only. the company should deliver us a machine with rated capacity.
