I have complained on 18th Mar 09. Mob no 9986662025 n ticket no 2831154. But there is no response till now.
I have repeatedly followed up with Customer care & they gave Bangalore manger Mob no. Srinivas is not at all responding. he will fixed the appoinment & will never turned up. If we shout at him he will techinician no.
& 2 days back they send a msg that the case is resolved without doing any thing & asking about opionin.
he again told he will make sure the techinician will resolve ur problem.
Please do sum thing..
