Non receipt of Warranty card & Goods

I have purchased IFB machine through IFB official web site & as per offer i should receive the good they are giving to customer who are purchasing through site however its been year & many complain launched at cust care but no response

Moreover no warranty card given even visited many times to local IFB office but no reponse
