I M A WORKING WOMEN AND JUST BEEN TRANSFERRED TO CHENNAI. I HAD PURCHASED A FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE OF IFB 3 YEARS BACK . AFTER COMING TO CHENNAI I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 5TH MAY AS THE INLET PIPE OF MY MACHINE WAS BROKEN . MY TICKET NO IS 2996365. BUT ITS BEEN 15 DAYS NOW, MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED . I EVEN SPOKE TO THE IFB SERVICE PROVIDER IN CHENNAI, J S ENGINEERS. BUT THE OWNER ALSO KEPT GIVING FALSE PROMISES . I M REALLY WORRIED NOW AND WANT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT .AS THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY PERSONS RIGHT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WHO ATTEND YOUR CALL IS NOT UP TO THE MARK. ALSO THE SERVICES ARE POOR ESPACIALLY IN CHENNAI DESPITE BEING THE METRO CITY.
