I am writing this complaint from hyderabad, hyderabad service guys for IFB are useless fellows, they dont even know how to talk to the customers, openely the manager for IFB Services in hyderabad his name LEO and his cell number is 9394754036 and his office colleague christopher, this guys are really blady fellows dont even know how to respect the customers and dont how to deal to a problems and this people are in manager level and executive level position, so think if manager level people are like this then u can assume how lower level management is like.
until IFB Company CEO gautamdas gutpa involved the problem is not solved, funny think this people installed a rubber last year when i am in AMC warranty period within 9 months the rubber is gone and when i asked explaination from manager LEO, he is not even saying what would happen, he is just giving a waring to a customer stating that, if u want pay 659 rupees install the rubber if not dont even talk and inreturn if customer is talking loudly he is giving warning stating it will be not nice if i talk like this.
And funny thing executive Christopher is saying all IFB products are scrap, better dont call for services.
so it shows the responsibility of the IFB management until CEO involves in the complaint this people are not even solving the problems, better i suggest everyone not go for IFB Products.
if anybody take action on this people or company i am ready to support through legally if needed any support also.
