My Machine is under AMC with IFB company. I lodged a complaint on 1.5.2009 which was attanded after 20 days and still the fault was not rectified. Even though I had not signed the complaint document, the complanied was closed. A fresh complaint was lodged on 25.5.2009 which is yet to be attended.
