I am using IFB washing machine from past 7 years. My model is senator. Nearly 10 months back at rinsing and spining time machine is moving and inside drum is making lot of noise. 3 people visited and said no problem in machine. I called some senior person and he send Ganesh and Krishna murthy. They changed the shock absorber and solved the probem.
But after 2 months again sound is comming. This time it is less and different noise. I launched so many compliants and people checked and told no problem every thing is fine. One person told it is beacuase of baring problem. Two persons came to change the bearing and in that Suresh told bearing is ok, noise is beacause of wrong positiong of trolly and he adjusted it. I requested him to solve the other probem that i am facing. While spining some times it is stoping at black spot and manual movement is required to continue. He gave his mobile number and said i will come once again and check both the things by putting load. I called thrice. No reply. Again i launched a complaint and none of the persons are visited my house. I called customer care and enquired, the reply is that the case is closed. I called Mr. ponragsingh and explined the probelm and situation. He send Mr. ravichandran and he told problem is because of some part near shock absorbers. He told with in 2 days person will come and change the part and left. I waited 2 weeks. Non of the technician has come. Again i called Ponraj and he put me to the Mukul's line. Mukul told i will look in to the issue and help you out. Again same old story no reply. If i called that number some other person attented the phone and send Prabhakar to check the machine. I refused to show the machine and asked him, i want to talk to Mukul every time i can't explain the problem. He told this is the last time, and will come monday and change shock absorber please give me your AMC document. I beleaved and did the same. But he didn't check the machine. No responce. I called Mukul he said Krishnamurty and prabhakar told your machine don't have any problem, so we didn't come. I explaind entire situation and requested him to check with Ravi chandran and find out the problem. One more week is over no response.
For the same complaint different people are saying reasons and finally there is nothing wrong and no noise. Then why Ravichandran acccepted the problem. My other problem is not at all checked. This is not the first time your people saying no problem in the machine. It happened in 2008 july. Prabhakar declared no problem and twice i paid service charges. Finally i escalated the issue to the senior person then only they reacted. I didn't gave any fasle complaint in last 7 years. I am giving my mobile number, Check my complaint log for more details.
