I reside in avadi chennai. I am facing water leakage problem in my washing machine for quite some days. So I launched a complaint on 6 jun and complaint no:3113024. Call center representative took my complaint and gave Mr. Rajesh's no (9841749623) responsible for servicing my machine. I called him the same day and pleaded him for further action. Nobody seems to care about the customer.
I would like to see someone attending to the complaint tomorrow.
