We are using IFB washing m/c for six years. Four years back drier was not working & now the motor has gone. When we cheked the service personnal in chennai Viveks, they have given a local motor without any IFB name plate. When we cheked the bill it showed a different name. They we tried to contact the service head but the service guy was threatening that he will not do service again. We fixed duplicate motor for 2900rs. If any problem arises IFB should take full responsibility.
If company like IFB didnt have good service & if these duplicates are serviced then one day IFB will be out of market. I sincerely advice my friends & collegues not to buy IFB
