I had registered a complaint with the IFB BPO, complaint no. being 3317845. This complaint was made subsequent to an earlier complaint that I made which was attended to by Mr. Bharathi of Star Engineering, Coimbatore, which is your authorised service agency. However, the day after Mr. Bharathi attended to the problem, when I ran the W/mc, i found that the problem has not been rectified. So I called up Mr. Bharathi, and he asked me register a complaint again, the no. of which is given above. I have called up Mr. Bharathi and given him the complaint no. but he says there are no spare parts and he has ordered for them and will be avialbale in 3 days. Now nearly 15 days are over after registering this compalint. I find IFB very poor in customer service. If the service agency does not respond properly, u can compalin the company, but if the company itself is at fault whom do u complain to? why does'nt the company provide its service agencies spare parts? This problem that I have with my W/mc is nearly a month old. These people come and do some stop gap arrangement and make it work; it will work for 2 or 3 days and then again conks off. Pl. look into the matter and do the needful.
