Dear Sir / Madam,

My IFB washing machine has not been working properly, but my complaint has remained unresolved for almost a fortnight.

I've an AMC for the machine. I've been calling to your help line time and again, but your Ahmdedabad office has not bothered to undertake the repairing.

I have received a shoddy treatment in spite of spending so much money on AMC.

This is a serious matter and needs to be dealt at the earliest.
