Purchased a ifb washing machine on 22nd augast 2008.the machine is not working since last one n half months..there is reoaeted complaints n follow up... but no solution..theres is only excuses..i am fed up woth this machine and wish to buty a new one..but i do not know... what to do with this machine in hand...
