Negligence in attending the complaint

As the complaint started the door of the washing machine was not opening properly. I called the concened person as i purchased this machine from Girias, sadashiv nagar (Bangalore). The person came and checked the complaint and he went off saying that he would be back to repair it. Now it has been more than 10 days and no person or no response regarding this complaint has been forwarded. This machine was purchased within 10 months and when contacted they told that all the repairs and services would be chargeable. This is not what we expected while purchasing this machine. I would be greatly obliged if you would look into this matter as soon as possible and revert with the rectifications.
