My washing machine is under AMC with the Company. But their service is very poor. No one has cared to visit us for service so far. It is more than six months. Our impression is that their service-men are more interested in selling their product like de-scaler everytime they visit. Inspite of complaint, no response. What is point in investing such huge amount on purchasing a costly home-appliance and also paying hefty sum for AMC if level of consumer-satisfaction is near zero? Can I now expect some remedial action?
