Machine not working
IFB washing machine was not working so we made a complaint at 3900-4321 and registered complaint under comlaint id# 3606941. A mechanic came after 3 days and after examining the machine said that he shall come again with required spares. After that the IFB is not responding. Their local office in Ludhiana ph No.01615013460 only once picked the phone and were clueless/
39004321 responded once 4days back and gave me the no, . of a local official by name of Sandeep Mehra Ph. no. 9216165120 who has not bothered to pick the phone even once.
The consumer complaint centre gets connected but the customer care ex doesnot come on line for at all and we are left with nothing but a recoreded message running again and again.
