Poor quality of service

I have been using the IFB washing machine (model EXECUTIVE PLUS; machine serial no. 86137) since March. I had filed a complaint to the IFB customer care (Bangalore) on 8 th October'09 with the ticket no. 3600912. The technician attended on 10th of October, found that the belt was damaged. He took the damaged belt and informed that he would come on 13th of October for replacement. Now it is being over a week and still there is no sign of anybody coming to replace the belt inspite of several reminders. On contacting higher authority, they informed us saying that the technician had come but the door was locked, which is not possible because my parents and in-law are always at home round the clock. Added to the injury when complaining them about the service quality, they registered a new complaint (Ticket No. 3640382). I would definitely request others to look into the quality of service before deciding to buy a product
