I complained that the shock adsorbers of the washing machine were gone. The technician came and said they were fine and charged me Rs. 300. Then because of the poor shock absorbers my drum gets damaged. Another technician comes and says that the shock absorbers as well as the drum has to be replaced. will cost me Rs6000. Doesn't do the job messes up the wiring tells me I can use the machine and the next day the whole machine short circuited. Smoke came out of the machine and the whole house's fuse blew. No idea what this is going to cost me... if the technician does appear.
