I lodged a complaint with IFB for my washing machine on 24th April. My complaint number is 1725799. Since I am working and there is nobody to attend to the service person during daytime, I took leave on Friday expecting that IFB will stick to its assurance of attendance within 48 hours. I waited in vain but the service person did not come. While I was at home all the time on Saturday, the Service person claims that he came but found no body was there which is not true. I again took leave on 28th April (which is Monday) and again waited but the service person did not turn up inspite of my releated calls to your call centre. He came on Tuesday at 2 PM when I was not at home. Since I have already attemptd to cooperate by taking leave on two days, I expect that the service person will come after 8 PM, with prior intimation to me. If my complaint is not attended in 2 days time from now, I will take the case to consumer court for unnecessarily harassing the customer with false claims.
